Sitting here all by myself, lonely & tired

I try to write a little tune, but I'm uninspired

I don't know what I could write that ain't been said before

I don't mind repeating words....I think I'm just bored

'Cause everything out in the world shows me misery

I want to sing of something good, something truthfully

Then I think of you and what you mean to me

So I pick up my guitar and I start to sing
