VAGABOND ROAD When I was younger I thought of the typical life There seemed to be no adventure, no danger..when everythings in sight When I was sixteen I took to the road I put my foot on the gas, took off real fast to wherever my heart would go Where do I go? I don't know But I felt so free Now, here I am, with whatever I lack Seeking a way but I'm stronger today and I'm never going back Life is too precious to enjoy it much too late I go against the odds and it gets so hard but it's the hard that makes it great So is this great? well, that's to debate But I feel so free The eagle, she becomes me Here on vagabond road Some spend their lives learning Some spend their lives yearning Some spend their lives turning I'll spend mine wandering When I get older I'll remember where I've been But I won't sit around, getting greyer, wondering where my youth went I'll feel so free The eagle she becomes me The freedom cries out to me Here on vagabond road Feel the life that turns and the light that burns in me STILL THE EAGLE FLIES AND THE FREEDOM CRIES..........BE FREE!!
